NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD DECISION
In accordance with the paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby notified to the public that Afghan Telecom intends to award the project “Procurement of Supply of DWDM Equipment for Afghan Telecom (AFTEL/1403/G-001/IRT)” to ZTE Afghanistan Ltd .Co, holder of license number (I-10884), located in Afghanistan, at a total price of 5,944,709 (Five million, nine hundred forty-four thousand, seven hundred nine) US dollars.
Individuals, whether natural persons or legal entities, who have any objections, may submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Chief Procurement Office of Afghan Telecom Company within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article fifty of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute a contract, till the completion of the aforementioned period and through subsequent legal procedures, a contract will not be concluded.
