Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has contemplated to contract the project of Establishment of Ground Station For Afghanistan -1satelite, Ref: NPA/MCIT/97/G-2170/ICB after certain regular processes through facilities of National Procurement Authority (NPA) with Afghanistan Online ISP, having License No. 40640, located at: Khushal Mina, 5th District, Kabul, Afghanistan, with total Value of USD 1,168,767.00 (One Million, one hundred sixty eight thousand, seven hundred sixty seven United States Dollar).
The Subject is publicly announced as per Sub-clause no. 1 of Clause no. 43rd of procurement law. In case of any objection, people and entities could submit their written protest attached with reasons in accordance to rule no.84th Procurement Procedure till 7 days since publication of this announcement to Ministry of Communication and information Technology, Mohamad Jan Khan Watt, 18 floor Building, 14th Floor, Kabul, Afghanistan.
The notice does not mean sign of the contract, and the contract will not be signed till completion of above mentioned deadline.
