Job Summary:
The main purpose of this position is to provide technical support, develop and maintain installation and configuration of servers and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure to plan/ implement, optimize, some clustering.
Provide technical support to the team and maintain the servers
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
Ensure to plan/ implement storage, Oracle, Unix/Linux platforms.
Ensure system integration into the platforms.
Other tasks assigned as per job description.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or relevant to the field.
Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft.
Experience:
3 years of relevant work experience
Proven technical skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
Ability to coordinate a team and different stakeholders in a complex work environment.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English, and proficiency in Pashto and Dari.
