The ministry of Communications and Information Technology marks International Women’s Day

The ministry of Communications and Information Technology celebrated International Women’s day, with holding a gathering in Afghan Post Conference Room on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

In this event minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee spoke about the rights and important role of Afghan women in the society. He said Gender equality is a human right and providing women and girls full access to education, healthcare, work as well as to representation in governmental, social and economic spheres will fuel peace and sustainable development. Minister Aryobee added: that MCIT will continue to foster gender equality and expand job opportunities for women in the ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
