Acting minister of MCIT meets Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Kabul

Acting minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee, met with Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Kabul  Mr. Ochkun Iraliov on Saturday, October 14, 2017.

During the meeting both sides discussed issues of mutual interest. They focused on establishing  bilateral cooperation in the field of telecommunications and its economic benefits, the implementation of the CASA Digital Project, the implementation of the Quartet )Afghanistan, China, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) Agreement, Silk Road, and also exchanged views on other topics of interest.While thanking Mr. Iraliov, minister Aryobee called for the provision of fast Internet at an affordable rate for the citizens of the country, capacity building of the Afghan youth in the field of communications and information technology. Minister Aryobee expressed hope that due to goodwill and friendly relations will visit Kyrgyzstan in the near future.

Subsequently, representing his country the Charge d'Affaires  pledged for cooperation in modernization the telecommunication and information technology services in Afghanistan.
