Ministry of Communications and Information Technology signs agreement of fast and secure delivery with Ministry of Transport

For fast and secure delivery of postal packages and items, MCIT signed an agreement with the Ministry of Transport in a press conference on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

Based on the agreement, the Ministry of Transport delivers postal packages and items, from the capital (Kabul city) to the provinces, and from the provinces to the capital through the accredited and registered private transport companies nationwide. With this the items and parcels will arrive safely and on time, which will lead to tangible increase in the revenues and effectiveness of the Afghan Post Office services and also will provide job opportunities.
