A two days seminar -Overseeing implementation of the constitution-MCIT
A Two days seminar conducting by The Independent Commission for supervision Of the Implementation of the Constitution for awareness of the Constitution opened by Deputy Admin & Finance Minister of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) Mr. Wahabbudin Sadaat on Monday 2nd September 2013 at Post Department hall.
Conducting such seminars for awareness people of implementation the Constitution are useful and worthwhile, said Mr. Sadaat and continued the only adoption of laws are not important without its enforcement and execution, the implementation of law can change and improve the lives of people.
Referring to the constitution of Afghanistan Mr. Sadaat said: since we have information on the Afghan Constitution it is the most prestigious and credible law in regional level, but we are still facing obstacles in its implementation, he added the great deal of our problem is lack of awareness and responsibility of citizens.
Further he mentioned that: the progress of every community in the world depends on development and implementation of the law. He urged the participants as a citizen of this country to do their duty along with the government. He continued that: the observing and implementation of the constitution in government department leads to the development and eradication corruption. He pointed that: ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) largely follows the principles and rules of low, all things are according law and its provisions.
Then authorities of The Independent Commission for supervision Of the Implementation of the Constitution spoke about the importance of law respectively.
At the end legal Advisor to the MCIT Mr. Noorullah Habibyar spoke about the basics of the constitution in Afghanistan.
