Security Framework Consultant

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of the Government of Afghanistan (“Government”) seeks to hire a qualified individual consultant (“Consultant”) to design and specify Network Security framework for the Mobile Applications  which will be hosted at the Afghanistan National Data Center.
