MCIT- Introduces New Directors of Finance & Human Resources

Mr. Mohammad Yasin Hamraz and Mr. Sayed Masoud Samim who got the Positions of Finance and Human Resource through open competition of CBRF by Independent Administrative reforms and Civil Services were introduced to the employees by Administrative and Finance deputy Minister Wahabbudin Sadaat on Monday 17th may 2013.

Sadaat appreciated the work of former Finance and HR directors and said: appointment and replacement is a natural issue and we are pleased with great job opportunities created for young people to serve their homeland and countrymen.  He congratulated the new appointed directors and wished successes in their duties.

Brief introduction:

Mr. Sayed Masoud Samim son of Sayed Monir, Konduz is his main residence; he is graduated from law and Political Faculty of Kabul University and has gotten bachelor degree in Diplomacy and Administration in 1384.

He has served in various offices which are summarized as following: expert in Independent of Administrative reform and Civil Service Commission, head of HR in Ministry of Energy and Water, head of Analysis and Investment Support Office (AISA) and now director of HR of MCIT.

 Mr. Mohammad Yasin Hamraz son of Mirchaman he is residence of Jaghory district of Ghazni Province. He has received his bachelor degree from Economy Faculty of Kabul University, and then he continued his education in India and has taken his master degree in Business and administration from Pune University in India.

 He has served in various offices which are summarized as following:  Financial Consultant in Medica Institute of Afghanistan, Financial Consultant of Gobat Company, professor in Gauhar Shad University and Financial administrative Manager in Geo Map Company; and now Financial Director in MCIT.
