H.E. Amirzai Sangin Heads High Level Delegation on an Official Visit to Iran
Eng. Amirzai Sangin accompanied by a delegation who were officially invited by the Ministry of Telecommunications and Technology of Iran, returned back on 10/4/2012.
Eng. Amirzai Sangin, Minister of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) and accompanied delegation set out to Tehran, the capital of Islamic Republic of Iran met Minister of Telecommunications & Technology of Iran.
Eng. Sangin was stressing on bilateral ties appreciated Iran government for invitation and cooperation in different fields, particularly for the reconstruction of the Information and Communications Technology Institute (ICTI).
Afterword, he visited center of the exhibition of technology and were given details to information about innovation and exploration done in the fields of medical professions, science, aerology, research centers… etc.
The delegation also had a visit of LTC and LIC of Iran. The head of the company Mr. Poringnia emphasized on closed cooperation between Iranian Infrastructure Company and Afghan Telecom committed the following assistants.
- To encourage Iranian companies to put exhibitions in Afghanistan.
- To get professional training for 10 employees in Iran.
- To grand television archive (Sada wa Seema) in Afghan radio and television disposal.
The Afghan delegation met leadership of regulatory department, in this meeting administrative body of regulatory department of Iran pledged assistants to
Afghan telecommunications regulatory authority (ATRA) and stressed on mutual cooperation of frequency spectrum management.
Accordion to agenda Minister of MCIT and delegation met H.E. first Vice President of Iran. While first Vice President of Iran was welcoming the guests, he mentioned the importance of historical relation of both neighboring countries.
Minister of MCIT of Afghanistan emphasized at bilateral friendly relations, said “being 8 years minister of MCIT, president Karzai insisted on good and friendly ties between the two Islamic states.
At the end both Ministers of Communications and Information Technology signed an agreement of cooperation.
On second day of visit the delegation went to Yezd city and watched productive factories of Shaheed Qandy Telecommunication Company, which is a big producer of hand craft industries, touristic places such as; Doulat Abad garden, the Mosque and prison of Seconder.
