Minister of Communications and Information Technology meets with Chinese Ambassador

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee met with Ambassador of China Mr. liu Jinsong in his office on Thursday, March 29, 2018.

During the meeting with the Ambassador, topics such as the extension of the fiber optic network through the Wakhan corridor, the Internet bandwidth (speed), modernization of Afghan Post with global and new standards, and the Silk Road Cable System were discussed.

Additionally, both sides talked about the capacity building of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology staff, and emphasized on the more cooperative efforts for issues of mutual interest.
