The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process under the agreement framework for preparing and supplying 9 items of oil and lubricant products required by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Bidders/contractors shall submit their sealed offers in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents, and in accordance with the law and the Procurement Procedures, on Monday, 5/11/2018, at 10:00 PM to the Office of Procurement Directorate in 14th floor of MCIT’s Building located on Mohammad Jan Khan Watt District 2d in Kabul city.
Tender documents are available from National Procurement Web site (WWW.NPA.GOV.AF ) and the Web site of the MCIT (WWW.MCIT.GOV.AF ).
