Supply and Installation of National Internet Exchange of Afghanistan (NIXA) and National Internet Registry of Afghanistan (NIRA) equipment for MCIT

Dear Sir/Madam,

 The Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has given budget to Ministry of Communications and IT for the year 2014 to improve the ICT infrastructure; the ministry has assigned a portion of this fund to the establishment of National Internet Exchange of Afghanistan and National Internet Registry of Afghanistan. The MCIT through the RFP is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide the services as per details provided in the Section 5, Scope of Work of this RFP.

A firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the government procurement policies.
