Description 

E-government Resource Center Project (EGRC-II), as funded by the USAID, is
being implemented by MCIT. E-government Directorate  of MCIT has planned to utilize a portion of the Capacity Building/Training Fund of USAID for carrying out training of Government Staff. The training  will  need  to  be  impacted  by  a  Qualified  and  Authorized  Training Firms / Training  Institute/ University. Training for Chief Information Officers (CIOs) ,  E-Government  Training required  for  government ministries and agencies staff at Kabul . MCIT will contract  an agency or training company to provide such trainings to participants in order to facilitate the facilities for implementation of all these trainings.
