Addendum No. 1 to Bid Document of ICB No: MCIT-1484-ICB-NC 2.1/Mobile Platform

This clause is added:

Pre-Bid Meeting: Potential Bidders will need to visit the Afghanistan’s National Data Centre (ANDC) at MCIT to assess the compatibility issues since their proposed Hardware and the Software for the Mobile Platform will be hosted in ANDC.

To facilitate this, Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2.00 PM on 25^thAugust, 2012, at 4^th Floor of MCIT’s Main Building, Mohammad Jan Khan Watt, Kabul, Afghanistan. Representatives of all the Potential Bidders are requested to attend, at their own cost and under their own arrangements.
