The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites all eligible bidders to participate in the process of theBid Announcement: purchasing Equipment for Internet Exchange Center (NIXA) Project of the MCIT and submitting their bids in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Laws and Rules. Until 10:00 pm (Tuesday) dated 15/June/2021 to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry located at Mohammad Jan Khan Watt Second District of Kabul City. Late received and by email, bids will not be accepted;
bidders may download Tender documents from the WWW.NPA.GOV.AF National Procurement Website and WWW.MCIT.GOV.AF Ministry of Communications Website;
Bidders can also obtain the document through Flash from the General procurement Management Office 14th floor.
Bidders must submit a bid guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of sixty-two thousand nine hundred (62,900) Afghanis under the terms of the bid at the bidding meeting.
