National Procurement Authority (NPA) on behalf of Ministry of Communication and IT (MCIT) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Equipment and System Upgrade of the National Data Center against IFB No. NPA/MCIT/95/ICB/G-1266. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Afghanistan procurement law.

Pre- Bid meeting shall be held at 10.00 Hrs on Wednesday 27th august 2016 at Ministry of Communication and IT (MCIT) Kabul, Afghanistan.
Bids must be delivered to the address above at or before 10.00 Hrs (local time) on 10th September; 2016.Electronic bid will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline of bid submission at the same place and time of bid submission, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.
