Consultancy Services by a Firm for Designing IT Park at Kabul

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing for designing and development of IT Park at Kabul and now intends to apply part of the proceeds for these consulting services to get the IT Park designed by a Qualified Consulting Firm.
The Consultancy Services (“the Services”) include Designing of IT Park by a Qualified Firm, under overall directions of Deputy Minister-IT of MCIT, at Kabul-Afghanistan.
Design Agency (Consulting Firm) will be selected by MCIT’s Evaluation Committee, based on the Proposals received from the Qualified Firms, which will be evaluated against the following Evaluation Criteria
