Ministry of Communication and Information Technology invites all eligible bidders to participate in the Afghanistan Root Certificate Authority Infrastructure MCIT/1400/ICB/NC-24/QCBS bidding process. Interested bidders can obtain the (TOR) and (REOI) From the Web site www.mcit.gov.af | www.npa.org.af or message to: Procurement Department Ministry of Communications and Information Technology 14th floor.
Their Request of interest or (ROI) in accordance with the terms of the TOR and in accordance with the Procurement Law and Procedure should be from the date of publication of the Notice until 10:00 pm (13/06/2021) on the 14th floor of the ministry.

About Afghanistan Root Certification Authority (ARCA)
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has a Project on how to Implement Root Certificate /CA in Afghanistan which will Fund from the Government of Afghanistan, Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a qualified Consultancy Firm to provide Advisory Services to MCIT, to carry out an assessment of the current status of Afghanistan Root Certificate Authority (ARCA) of Information System Security Directorate. This Consultancy Support will be provided to MCIT/government at Kabul, under the Project Preparatory to Create ARCA for the country. The aim of the Project is to mention the Types of Digital Certificates through PKI System in Afghanistan for changing Afghanistan into digitalizing Afghanistan the society and economy through e-Governance initiatives and to prepare an enabling environment and Regulations for the growth of the ICT Sector in Afghanistan.
