Printing Postage Stamps with different size

The ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) has decided to advertise required postage stamps by ICB method.
Legal qualified national and international companies can receive bid document from MCIT’s website (www.mcit.gov.af) .
Bidding session will be held 10 am, October 22, 2014 and bid security of 500USD or its equivalent in Afghan currency is a must.
