 “ Consultancy Serrvices for Framing up ICT Policy of the Government of Afghanistan”,

Package C 1.2 of Afghanistan ICT Sector Development Project of MCIT

This is to inform all concerned that Grail Consulting Services of India with Office at D-58, Kaushambai, NCR, Delhi-India, has been selected for the advertized Consultancy Assignment.

3) Technical Points Ranking of each Consultant: Avasant -Rank I; Grail - Rank II; Infotech- Rank III

4) Name of the Winning Consultant: Grail Consulting Services of India

5) Contract Price: 154,838.70 US Dollars, inclusive of Taxes as applicable in Afghanistan

6) Duration of the Contract: 06 Months

7) Summary Scope of the Contract:

1. To work with MCIT, through a consultative process, to create a national ICT policy document that defines the strategic goals for the sector to 2020 within the particular context of Afghanistan;

2. In this process, to define visionary yet achievable and actionable objectives, strategies and implementation mechanisms to develop the appropriate information infrastructure for the growth of the ICT sector in Afghanistan.
