Paywast Private Company, "With the Slogan Fingers Dialogue" Began its Working

On January 31, 2011 a grand ceremony was held at the  Kabul Serena Hotel on the occasion of the inauguration of a new technology company, Paywast ., which is characterized by the phrase “With the Slogan Fingers Dialogue".

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Eng Baryalai Hassam, Deputy Minister Technical of MCIT, Qurban Ali Haqjo Director of Chamber of Commerce of Afghanistan, Mr. Ata Mohmmad Yari Members of the Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA) Board, and scores of local and international guests.

At the beginning of the ceremony, after the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran, Eng. Baryalai Hassam congratulated the Paywast Company on its inauguration and informed the audience of the importance of Information Technology and of the achievements made in the field of Communications and IT in the short span of eight years in Afghanistan. H.E. Eng Hassam further added that in Afghanistan, more than 80 percent of the country's populations now have access to mobile services, and therefore, the aim of the Paywast Company is to establish written communication services among people of Afghanistan now using AWCC, Etisalat, Afghan Telecom and MTN who will be able to send short written messages for free to their friends and colleagues.

The company said, to use  this service it is necessary to create a group and the initial group members must be at least three person, which can then  to spread the maximum of its member, which is dependent on the activities of the members,.and may be expanded to  large groups with  no limit on their communications.

Afterward, Qurban Ali Haqjo, Director of Chamber of Commerce expressed appreciation to the MCIT regarding its activities and achievements and he congratulated the Representatives and workers of Paywast Company.  

 The ceremony was ended by a live theater show.
