This is to inform all concerned that Kosha Media of Kabul - Afghanistan has been awarded the Contract for " Consultancy Services to assist MCIT in the Awareness Campaigns, Media Communications and Job Fairs of IT Industry ". The principal place of business of Kosha Media is at II Floor; Wazir Abad Plaza; Qalaie Fatullah; Kabul; Afghanistan.

1. Names of the firms who submitted their proposals on 19thFebruary, 2014 and the Prices as read out during Financial Proposals Opening Session, as held in MCIT at Kabul:
a. Kosha Media; Address: II Floor; Wazir Abad Plaza; Qalaie Fatullah; Kabul; Afghanistan.
Read out Price: 206,400 USD (Exclusive of applicable Tax in Afghanistan).
b. Hawk Vision Consulting Services; Kabul
Read out Price: 94,736 USD (Exclusive of applicable Tax in Afghanistan).

7. Summary Scope of the contract awarded: Ministry of Communications and IT (MCIT) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to appoint a qualified Media Communications Management Firm [MCMF] to conduct ICT Sector related Awareness Campaigns, manage the Media Communications related to ICT developments and assist MCIT in conducting Job Fairs. The objective of the MCMF would be to create a great deal of ICT sector awareness across the country which will increase the exposure of the local ICT firms to their potential customers and will increase the investment opportunities in the country.
The Consultant will provide all the services required for issuing the MCIT’s bi-monthly Technical Journal. MCIT will be the approving body for the contents of the Journal, before its publication. The Journal will be around 12 pages in three languages (English, Pashto and Dari). During the first 2 years, MCIT will be working to receive paid advertisements for the Journal, which will result in its sustainability in the long run. The Consultant will also conduct Job Fairs under the overall Directions of DM-IT of MCIT.
