Interested bidders can obtain the (TOR) and (REOI) From the Web site (www.npa.gov.af) or (www.mcit.gov.afg) or message to: Public Management Consulting Services Logistics Department Ministry of Communications and Information Technology 14th floor.
their Request of interest or (ROI) in accordance with the terms of the TOR and in accordance with the Procurement Law and Procedure should be from the date of publication of the Notice until 10:00 pm (2/07/98) at 14th floor of the ministry.
