Description:

Major responsibilities:

To read the OFC contract documents and understand both parties responsibilities and realize the scope of project work.
To coordinate the project implementation plan and activities with the related organizations in Khost province with the assistance from khost ICT Director.
To monitor OFC route digging, pipe and alarm tape lying and back filling.
To monitor Optical Fiber Cable blowing and jointing and burring the fiber glass Hand holes and Manholes.
To supervise the restoration works after back filling and completion of civil works.
To monitor and supervise construction of canalization (pipe system) and manholes within the cities as per the standard requirement of the Ministry.
Assist and supervise the OFC sites/nodes preparation.
To monitor, evaluate and manage all other project activities and provide effective feedback.
Work closely with project Manager and supervise the project implementation works under the supervision of Khost ICT Director.
Preparing reports to project Manager and other related department.
