• Sheet Serial Number: Each sheet should have serial number.
• Paper: Stamps paper, white, gammed, suitable for tropical conditions:

A. Size of the stamps: 37x26mm, 40x28mm, 52x37mm.


The quotation should cover the following:

• Quantity: 1000-10000

•     ,,         : 100000-500000
•     ,,         : 500000-1000000


B. Size of Souvenir Sheet: 100x80mm.

The quotation should cover the following:
Quantity: 1000-5000.
     ,,       : 5000-10000.
     ,,       : 10000-20000.
     ,,       : 20000-50000.


C. Other conditions:

• Design: The design of the stamps and the philatelic material will be prepared by this administration.
• The soft of easy proof: should be sent for approval to the administration before printing and will be returned to printing company by e-mail.
D. The agreed quantities of the stamps: Securely packed and dispatched by air transportation to administration of CIF Kabul.
• Design and usable printing material: Should be returned immediately after completing the process concerned to the administration.
e. Alternative offer for printing of the stamps will also be considered.
