Supply Development of Web sites, e-Government pilot modules (Electronic Document Management System and Computerized Reception Desk) and CIO Training for MCIT

1. The Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) (hereinafter called “Grant Recipient”) has applied for financing from the USAID (hereinafter called “Grant”) toward the cost of the development of websites, electronic document management system, Computerized Reception Desk and CIO training. The MCIT Policy Capacity Building Initiative is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide the services as per details provided in the bid document.

3. A firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the policies of the USAID.

4. The bidder has to submit bid security of USD 24,000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee valid for 118 days from the date of bid submission.
